  • Oversee content development for all AMTA professional development programs, products and services (PPSs) to ensure effectiveness, profitability, and to ensure a high-value experience for participants. 
  • Participate in annual planning activities for the content needs of the organization. This includes the development of strategies, action plans, budgets, measures, and policies/procedures. Also, work with the Market Research and Business Development team to develop new education programs that align with AMTA's strategic plan and support revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on actual performance of PPS's, and analyze program effectiveness. Make recommendations to revise or enhance programming. 
  • Advise staff responsible for carrying out various aspects of the AMTA professional development PPS's.
